The goal is a useful answer.
I built a MySQL analysis on a 100-user social dataset to understand activity across posts, likes, comments, follows, and hashtags. I checked the data before ranking engagement so the recommendations came from the patterns, not guesses.
Which users and content show the strongest engagement?
I checked NULLs and duplicates, then measured likes, comments, follows, post engagement, and hashtag use.
CTEs, joins, subqueries, aggregations, CASE statements, and window functions.
I built an interactive Excel dashboard to understand support performance from more than one angle, not just count tickets.
Where is support demand shifting, and what could improve service?
PivotTables, charts, and slicers for ticket volume, resolution time, customer satisfaction, and request categories.
The trends helped me form business recommendations aimed at improving support efficiency.
I built Swasthya to bring everyday hospital workflows into one place, from appointments and billing to AI-assisted reports and real-time analytics.
Patient and admin workflows needed one connected system.
Four core modules with PHP and MySQL, backed by 10+ data entities and three user roles.
~60% less manual admin work and ~50% faster patient query resolution.
A LITTLE ABOUT ME / THE THROUGH-LINE
My move from web development into data analytics is a natural next step. Building responsive websites and working with databases gave me a strong technical foundation—and sparked my interest in the insights behind the data.
As a Data Analyst Trainee at Newton School, I’m building on that experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Python to clean data, find patterns, shape useful KPIs, and communicate clear recommendations. My web development background helps me understand how digital products generate data and how to present findings in a useful way. I’m a B.Sc. Computer Science graduate from Nagindas Khandwala College, where I graduated with a 9.56/10 CGPA.
